28 Day Challenge day 2

Day 2 has been great!

I experienced a perfect exercise regimen early this morning that included an  abdominal exercise routine. I'm pushing my limits every minute! There had to be at least a few hundred crutches in this routine. I definitely worked up a sweat.

My meals and snacks  for the day included nothing but fruits and vegetables. I was able to have one of my favorites: celery and almond butter. Also today i had some seeded grapes and a banana. Oh yes, I had one Clementine for snack!

I figured if Daniel and the other Hebrew boys could do it, I can also!

Let me bring about 1 point for you. If you want to do better, you must change your habits. Instead of junkie junk foods like greasy potato chips, fattening pastries and sugary drinks, try some fresh fruit,  vegetables and water!

Drink plenty of water. Most people hardly drink enough water. Be specific about your water. Alkaline water is very helpful, beneficial for your total physical well-being. If you want more information about alkaline water, visit my website and click on the  health to tab at www.TRENNIE.com.
